This letterhead layout makes no sense. You can’t modify it really. Why is it so complicated to come up with an app that just does a letterhead in a normal way. The information is strewn all over the page. Why can’t I pick and choose what I want to be on the page. There are certain entries / information the app requires, that I don’t want on the page. But it can’t be eliminated. This was an irritating waste of $2.99. I’m going to create an app that actually can be used.

Terrible app cannot write letter the way you want wasted money

I’m reviewing this lass than I should as it crashes every time today 09/25/2021 I hit print. I rebooted my I pad twice re set my printer too no change I tried 10 to 12 times. Please repair this please. I really do like this write a letter app

Looks good from the outside looking in. But sometimes people just want to write the body of the letter first. It doesn’t let you do that. Terrible app. Wish I could put zero stars. Can’t believe I paid for this.

$2.99 and couldn’t even get past the first page. No instructions, no way to write anything. Don’t waste your money. Now I’ve lost $2.99 for something that doesn’t even work!

Thus app was very disappointing. It was rigid and had no ability to skip what you do not want to do; even more upsetting there was no ability to truly edit.. overall I want my money back.

The most complicated way I have ever tried...TRIED....too write a letter. A complete waste of money.....don't buy it

I’d write what I think but it would probably get deleted like my letter did that took me 2 hours to compose. Don’t waste your money on this dog****.

Fonts are ver small with no way to adjust size .

It is impossible to accurately display your return address on the letter you plan to write .......if you follow the program commands , nothing lines up in proper order (i/e city before state) also,zip code appears several times in the address and you can not move it to it's proper position. This program should have been checked out before being submitted for use by the general public. I would rate it as no (zero) stars, it's that bad as a program. ALSO I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK !!! THIS PROGRAM IS UNUSABLE IN IT'S CURRENT STATE !!!

Return address is jumbled up on letter. Can't remove horizontal blank space in return address. It takes to much work to correct issues. Should work perfect for price. Recommend NOT purchasing! I wish I could get my money back.

This app would not start to compose a letter until unnecessary information was filled out. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing the app. Lesson learned. Do you think this great company will refund my money? LOL.

This App. Does not do anything it says it will do. Terrible App. Poor or non-existent instructions.

I purchased this ap and after writing a long letter I could not find a way to send to my printer. Then my letter disappeared although I had saved it. Could not figure out how to retrieve it. I a wasted my money on this very unusable Ap.

I can see no way to edit the letters I write on this app. The format is funky and no way to adjust at all. I wasted my $.99, but more than that I wasted my time. My advice, try another app.
